Rhonda has been an important part of the Ritz team since
1987. She received her certification in cosmetology through an in depth
apprenticeship program. She now helps to apprentice some of our future
stylists of the Ritz. She trained under Matrix and was a part of their
mentoring program for 2 years. Then became an artistic educator and certified
colorist for Matrix for another 3 years. She has trained under other
companies such as; Wella, Sebastian, Artec, Vidal Sassoon, Brocatto,
and Rusk.
Her passion for the industry has been her motivation for her ongoing
education; so that she can keep her skills honed and keep herself up to date
on all of the new trends.
Rhonda has a thorough consultation with her clients to ensure that the
communication between stylist and client isn’t lost. She loves the
creativity that is involved in making people feel good about the way they
look.

Sue is an amazing Cosmetologist. She has been licensed
since 1982. She is very detail oriented when it comes to her cuts and colors.
A very warm and considerate personality. Her goal is to listen to your needs
and wants. Then if at all possible, make them a reality.

Susan has been a hair stylist since 1974 and a member of
the Ritz team since 1989. She trained in New York
where she worked for 1 yr. before moving to Virginia. She has also had further
training with Vidal Sassoon, Matrix, Scrupples, Broccato, Crew, Artec, and Wella.
Susan’s lifelong commitment to the beauty industry ensures to her
clients that they will always get the ultimate in quality and personalized
service. Her dedication to detail and precision allows all of her clients to
feel confident and comfortable while in her hands. Susan enjoys all aspects
of hairstyling, cutting, coloring, texturizing
service & highlighting. Most of all she loves the opportunity to be
creative and artistic and making people smile.

David D'Acquisto is a
multi-talented massage therapist. He is certified with the state nursing
board and by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and
Bodywork. He is trained in areas of massage to include hot stone therapy, La
Stone therapy, Reflexology. He is a Master Medical Massage therapist and a
Reiki Master. His most receint certification is in Lypossage, a revolutionary natural
alternative to liposuction.Clients have given testimonials on how he has helped them and
they rave about his soothing manner and healing expertise.

Jeannette is originally from upstate New
York. She married in to the military and they retired here in Virginia. She has come from the heart of the desert (New
Mexico) where she obtained her manicuring and Aesthetics license from the Olympian University of Cosmetology.
Jeannette's warm and welcoming personality will invite you into the Ritz for one of her many specialties. Her customized
hand sculpted pink/white nail enhancements are a must see to appreciate. She also has obtained her cosmetology license.
Scoring a perfect score on her practical exam. She also takes pride in providing clients with skin care and several body
treatments. Jeannette is a certified relaxation therapist and loves to allow her clients to unwind and take time for
themselves. She has a special love for helping women look and feel their best in a Stressful
world.

Maryann Licensed cosmetologist who studied at The Virginia School of Hair Design. She performs body waxing and hair services to include cutting, coloring, highlighting permanent waving and keratin complex straightening. She is knowledgable in Wella, Joico and Matrix color lines. Maryann is known for her indepth consultations to find a style you love that is both flattering and healthy for your hair type. Her passion is transformation cuts and colors.

Nikki graduated from Gloucester, VA where she began her journey in studying hair, nails and waxing. Nikki is naturally talented and performs a wide range of services such as manicures, pedicures, full body waxing, cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting and keratin complex straightening. Nikki's skill level, combined with her warm and friendly demenor, are sure to leave you feeling relaxed and pampered.

Gemma has been coloring and styling hair since 1996, when she graduated from New York Continental Beauty School. She is very experienced with the color lines:Wella ,Loreal Professional, Matrix, and Goldwell.
Gemma has completed the Graham webb muti dementinal color class and keratin complex hair straighter class. Her passion lies in precision haircutting on short or long hair. She is very versatile using shears or razor to achieve the look you want. She also enjoys coloring and highlighting, Gemma loves doing makeovers and seeing the transformation in her clients.

Elizabeth (better known as EB)worked as a receptionist while in high school. She has since graduated from Rudy and Kelly, a Paul Mitchell partner school. There she attended classes inspired by Paul Mitchell himself. She participated in an in-house mentoring under several of our staff to find a style unique to herself.
